Not the right fit? You can return or exchange unworn items within 7 days of delivery, with the original tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- We will confirm your return or exchange and share drop-off details.
- Once we receive and inspect the item we will issue an exchange or refund within 3–5 working days.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, sports bras, shorts and leggings must be unworn with the hygiene liner intact. Socks, caps and gift cards are final sale unless faulty.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it free of charge.
